Overview
Cover-F (aka Boomer Scooter) is a Drift Gear which sacrifices the ability to Boost normally in favor of the Drift Boost effect.
When Cover-F performs a Drift Dash, it will enter Boost State and gain a burst of speed in place of a normal Drift Dash. Since Drift Dashes can be performed at all levels of Air, Cover-F does not suffer from Caution or Danger state and can still Boost even with low Air.
